 Landry Consulting is the brain child of Steve Landry, the retired Fire Marshal from the City of Edina, a large suburb of the city of Minneapolis in Minnesota. During his career in municipal service he was able to have a significant impact on the fire problem in the state of Minnesota. To that end, Landry Consulting has set out to expand this process to a much broader scope by providing technical expertise and attempting to watchdog over some of the abuses in the area of construction codes enforcement throughout the nation.
 By providing the technical expertise gained over 25 years of experience in the field of both Fire and Building Code enforcement combined with a clear understanding of the intent of construction codes. Along with an extensive background in specialized fire and lifesafety systems, serving as an educator, many years of experience as a firefighter and serving on several state and local code review and adoption panels and committees, brings a clear and objective view to the overall process.
It is his clear hope that through Landry Consulting we can make a difference in the application of all construction codes as well as uniform application of these codes thus creating a better environment for us all.
